Employee Entrepreneur Mindset – Kind Do You Have?
What I want to talk to you about today is something that gets a lot of conversation can also be tossed around a complete lot. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. To me that isn`t the point of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; reasons to? Because not everyone is developed to be an entrepreneur and not everyone is meant to be an employee! Plain and simple! The thousands of firms that exist today were not able to exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own home based business. I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born during they really are. That it can’t be learned, it can’t be taught, and it requires to be an instinct! I’m a very well read individual and impression that I’m not always to be able to read things that I believe. This is surely those sleeves. While I agree generally there are different models of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I do not think individuals something that can’t be taught. The author in my opinion, contradicted himself by saying, the “entrepreneurial instinct can develop into a latent one, and awoken upon seeing someone else using the skill.” To me, to get being enlightened, being educated and going over to terms a problem fact that you want to get an business owner. To close out my point, relating to the author, mathematicians are born although ability to differentiate second order differential equations. Always be just their years of Calculus courses that awakens their “latent” ability! Ya right!
I digress and understand that you can learn to become an entrepreneur as I am living proof that it can be done. Once an engineer in vehicle industry, yes I had my “latent” ability to differentiate second order differential equations awoken somewhat reluctantly over the years, I now run a very successful multi-national organization that i have built over you will discover 6 years. Did I have capabilities I really needed? No. I learned individuals. Did I have the desire, and i think this is where that author made a slight mistake, it’s the will that cannot be taught. As a result the burning in your belly that motivates to be able to do this takes to obtain the job done, whether or not you are an employee or marketer.
